Zoning File 22-14 – Planned Development – Guidepost Montessori: Consider and act on a request
to rezone a 1.2-acre lot located at 1140 W. Campbell Road, on the north side of Campbell Road, west
of Waterview Parkway, from O-M Office with special conditions to PD Planned Development for the
O-M Office District with amended development standards to allow a private school and childcare center
