and will be enacted by one motion with no individual consideration. If individual
consideration of an item is requested, it will be removed from the Consent Agenda and

A. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE INTERLOCAL
AGREEMENT WITH NORTH TEXAS MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FOR
COORDINATION ON THE NTWMD COMPONENTS TO EXPAND THE 825
PRESSURE ZONE CAPACITY AND ANY AMENDMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS
RELATED THERETO.
B. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN ASSIGNMENT TO
THE TIF ZONE NO. 1 INFRASTRUCTURE REIMBURSEMENT, GRANT AND
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH CENTENNIAL PARK LTD. AND RELATED
ENTITIES TO SHLP BRICK ROW, LLC. AND RELATED ENTITIES AND TO
EXECUTE ANY FURTHER ASSIGNMENTS AND AMENDMENTS OR OTHER
INSTRUMENTS RELATED TO THE AGREEMENT.
C. CONSIDER AWARD OF BID #74-22 – WE RECOMMEND THE AWARD TO
MCMAHON CONTRACTING, L.P. FOR RENNER ROAD BRIDGE OVER PRAIRIE
CREEK - BRIDGE REPAIR IN THE AMOUNT OF $617,652.78.
D. CONSIDER AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT– WE REQUEST
AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO MASTER AGREEMENT
WITH STRYKER SALES CORPORATION FOR ANNUAL PAYMENTS OF $265,069
FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT.

sponsored by an entity other than the City of Richardson that was attended or is scheduled
to be attended by a member of the City Council or an official or employee of the City of
Richardson; and announcements involving an imminent threat to the public health and
safety of people in the City of Richardson that has arisen after posting the agenda.
