Zoning File 22-05 – PD Planned Development – Greenwood Square: Consider and act on a request to rezone approximately 4.4 acres located on the north side of Arapaho Road, east of West Shore Drive from O-M Office to PD Planned Development for the R-1100-M Residential District with amended development standards and a concept plan to accommodate the development of up to 33 single family residential lots.
