RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION
Council will reconvene into open session, and take action, if any, on matters discussed in

VISITORS/ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PUBLIC COMMENT CARDS
Visitors may address the Council on any topic that is not already scheduled for Public
Hearing. Speakers should complete a Public Comment Card and present it to the City
Secretary before the meeting. Speakers are limited to 5 minutes. Comments should be
directed to the Mayor and City Council. The Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the City
Council from discussing or taking action on items that are not posted on the agenda. The
Mayor or City Manager may provide specific factual information, recite an existing policy, or
schedule the item for discussion on a future agenda in response to the public comments.

FAMILY HOME CHILDCARE OPERATION LOCATED AT 1601 NANTUCKET DRIVE TO
ALLOW FOR AN INCREASE IN THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CHILDREN UNDER CARE
FROM EIGHT TO TWELVE.

PUBLIC HEARING, ZONING FILE 21-24, A REQUEST TO REZONE
APPROXIMATELY 16.4 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
GLENVILLE DRIVE AND LOOKOUT DRIVE FROM I-M(1) INDUSTRIAL TO PD PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW DEVELOPMENT OF A MIXED-RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, APARTMENTS, AN INDEPENDENT LIVING
FACILITY, TOWNHOMES AND LIVE-WORK UNITS.

COUNCIL DISTRICT BOUNDARY COMMISSION TO REVIEW CITY COUNCIL
DISTRICT BOUNDARIES PURSUANT TO CITY CHARTER SECTION 4.03.

and will be enacted by one motion with no individual consideration. If individual

AMOUNT OF $62,000 TO ADDRESS UNFORESEEN EXPENSES FOR A TOTAL

2. BID #39-22 – WE REQUEST AUTHORIZATION TO ISSUE A PURCHASE
ORDER TO JOHN DEERE FOR THE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
PRECISIONCUT™ FAIRWAY MOWER FOR SHERRILL PARK GOLF COURSE
THROUGH SOURCEWELL CONTRACT #031121-DAC IN THE AMOUNT OF

3. BID #40-22 – WE REQUEST AUTHORIZATION TO INITIATE A LEASE
AGREEMENT TO METRO GOLF CARS FOR THE COOPERATIVE LEASE OF
FORTY (40) 2022 YAMAHA QUEITECH EFI GAS GOLF CARTS FOR A 60-
MONTH PERIOD FOR THE SHERRILL PARK GOLF COURSE THROUGH THE
LOCAL GOVERNMENT PURCHASING COOPERATIVE (“BUYBOARD”)
CONTRACT #611-20 IN THE AMOUNT OF $141,600 DURING THE FIVE (5) YEAR
TERM.

REPORT ON ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST
The City Council will have an opportunity to address items of community interest, including:
expressions of thanks, congratulations, or condolence; information regarding holiday
schedules; an honorary or salutary recognition of a public official, public employee, or other
citizen; a reminder about an upcoming event organized or sponsored by the City of
Richardson; information regarding a social, ceremonial, or community event organized or
sponsored by an entity other than the City of Richardson that was attended or is scheduled
to be attended by a member of the City Council or an official or employee of the City of
Richardson; and announcements involving an imminent threat to the public health and
safety of people in the City of Richardson that has arisen after posting the agenda.
