A. CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS:
1. RESOLUTION NO. 20-12, COMMITTING LOCAL FUNDING OF TWENTY PERCENT AS
PART OF THE NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS’
TRANSPORTATION ALTERNATIVES SET ASIDE PROGRAM FOR THE GREENVILLE
AVENUE BIKE AND PEDESTRIAN ENHANCEMENT PROJECT.
2. RESOLUTION NO. 20-13, DESIGNATING CERTAIN OFFICIALS AS BEING RESPONSIBLE
FOR, ACTING FOR AND ON BEHALF OF, THE APPLICANT IN DEALING WITH THE COLLIN
COUNTY PARKS AND OPEN SPACE BOARD (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS
“BOARD”) FOR THE PURPOSE OF PARTICIPATING IN THE 2020 COLLIN COUNTY PARKS
AND OPEN SPACE PROJECT FUNDING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, 2ND SERIES
(HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE “PROGRAM”), CERTIFYING THAT THE
APPLICANT IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE PROGRAM ASSISTANCE; CERTIFYING THAT THE
APPLICANT MATCHING SHARE IS READILY AVAILABLE; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR A GRANT FOR THE
SPRING CREEK NATURE AREA WAYFINDING SIGNAGE PROJECT.
The Richardson City Council will conduct a Council Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2020 in the
Richardson Room of the Civic Center, 411 W. Arapaho Road, Richardson, Texas.
As authorized by Section 551.071 (2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into
closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any
agenda item listed herein.
Attention: COVID-19 Public Meeting Protocol
All citizens are encouraged to watch City Council meetings online rather than in person. Citizens wishing
to address the City Council can submit comments on any topic or agenda item electronically by utilizing the

YALE BOULEVARD BRIDGE RAIL AT DUCK CREEK, NORTHEAST WINGWALL
REHABILITATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $144,684.17.
2. BID #42-20 – WE RECOMMEND THE AWARD TO RATLIFF HARDSCAPE FOR SPRING
CREEK NATURE AREA PHASE II TRAILS IN THE AMOUNT OF $613,896.31.
3. BID #50-20 – WE RECOMMEND THE AWARD TO REYNOLDS ASPHALT &
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR 2020 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM IN THE AMOUNT
OF $294,421.80.
4. BID #68-20 – WE REQUEST AUTHORIZATION TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER TO AM
SIGNAL, INC. FOR THE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC DETECTION
EQUIPMENT THROUGH THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT PURCHASING COOPERATIVE
("BUYBOARD") CONTRACT #608-20 IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,012,980.
5. BID #69-20 – WE REQUEST AUTHORIZATION TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER TO
GENERAL DATATECH, L.P. FOR THE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE OF CISCO NETWORK
EQUIPMENT, SERVERS, AND PHONES THROUGH THE STATE OF TEXAS DEPARTMENT
OF INFORMATION RESOURCES ("DIR") CONTRACT #DIR-TSO-4167 IN THE AMOUNT OF
$934,844.32.

or sponsored by the City of Richardson; information regarding a social, ceremonial, or community event
organized or sponsored by an entity other than the City of Richardson that was attended or is scheduled to be
attended by a member of the City Council or an official or employee of the City of Richardson; and
announcements involving an imminent threat to the public health and safety of people in the City of Richardson
that has arisen after posting the agenda.
