Executive Session - In compliance with Section 551.074 and Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code and Section 321.3022 of the Tax Code, Council will convene into a closed session to discuss the following:

Boards and Commissions
City Plan Commission
Civil Service Board
Deliberation Regarding Economic Development Negotiations
Commercial Development – Galatyn Parkway/U.S. 75 and Collins Blvd./U.S. 75. Area
Consideration of municipal sales tax information for the purpose of economic forecasting and for review of sales tax paid to the City.
Council will reconvene into open session, and take action, if any, on matters discussed in executive session.
